TERMS OF SERVICE

If any of these are unable to be met, I retain the right to deny service. By commissioning me (NiDoll), you agree to all points below.1. Artist Rights
- I retain the copyright to the commissioned piece.
- All commissions will be posted publicly on my platforms, unless otherwise stated.2. Content Restrictions
- I will draw NSFW content however it will be posted on an alt account.
- In ''Wont Draw'' explained what I will not draw.
- It is up to my discretion what I will not draw.3. Artist Agreements
- I agree to reply to all client questions.
- I agree to produce art desired by the client as long as it fits the Terms of Service
- I agree to provide a sketch and one subsequent progress image if the client desires.4. Client Agreements
- Clients must be over 18 to request a commission.
- Clients agree to only use the commissioned piece for personal use. (unless commercial fee was paid)
- Clients acknowledge that I may use external utilities, such as 3D models, lighting tools, photography and references to create the illustration. None of this content will be copyrighted and will all be transformative.
- Clients agree to comply with service and price settings.
- Clients agree to reply to all artist questions.5. Payment
- Payment is required up front and in full before any work begins.
- Payment will be transferred via Paypal or Ko-Fi.
Paypal by transfer from the client or an invoice if requested.
Ko-fi You don't need to create an account there.
- All payments will be made in USD.6. Cancellation/ Refunds
- Clients may cancel at any time BEFORE payment.
- Full refunds are available if no progress has been made on the illustration.
- Refunds are not available during or after the completion of the work.7. Commercial Usage
- Commissioned pieces under the TOS may not be used for commercial purposes.
- Redistribution and sale of the commissioned artwork under the current TOS is not permitted.

- Before the commission is finalized, if the client does not respond within 30 days, all agreements are null and void.

Business Days: Monday - Friday
Saturday and Sunday are for rest/streamingPiece can take up from one week to two weeks.
Sketch and Render 3 days to week.
Full render piece one week up to month.CURRENTY IM BUSY WITH UNIVERSITY
- finishing piece can take from month to two months if I get to work on yours!

How to order

[As much pictures of your character, poses, expressions, backgrounds etc. something i can go off.] (Examples of character: turnaround - front back, side and back. close up of face, any tattoos or clothing as some screenshots are hard to read, when you zoom in.)◆ please let me know about this otherwise it get automatically shared!

• SHH!! Secret Gift!! - complete secret not even mentioning single bit about it to people - also you will be under secret gift on waiting list
• Can share/stream progress - you are okay with your commission being shared on my twitter or stream it
